On 28th February 2025, the Supreme Public Prosecutor, pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Public Prosecution Office, issued  mandatory instruction for work and acting in a particular case, by which she ordered the Higher Public Prosecution Office in Belgrade to submit the case it is conducting against M.G. as the former director of the PC "Elektroprivreda Srbija" a.d. and others to the Public Prosecution Office for Organized Crime for competent acting.

On the same day, the Supreme Public Prosecutor, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 2 of the Law on the Public Prosecution Office, issued a decision on substitution, by which she authorized the Public Prosecution Office for Organized Crime to take over proceedings from the Higher Public Prosecution Office in Belgrade in the case conducted against S.K., investment manager in the company "Infrastruktura železnice" a.d. and others.

The above decisions ordered the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Higher Public Prosecution Office in Belgrade to submit the entire case file without delay to the Public Prosecution Office for Organized Crime for further work and decision.
