
The Prosecutor General, Zagorka Dolovac, participated at the annual Conference of the Network of Public Prosecutors acting before the Supreme Courts of the European Union member states, held from May 3-5, 2023 in Malta, at the invitation of the Prosecutor General of Malta, Victoria Buttigieg.
This year’s conference, that brought together over 35 general prosecutors and representatives of European international organizations, focused on presentations on the latest trends in combating crime and the best practices of dealing with current topics, including data protection and economic crime, as well as combating environmental crime.
The conference also discussed the future arrangement of this network where the Supreme Public Prosecution of the Republic of Serbia has been participating since 2016.
The Prosecutor General, Zagorka Dolovac, also held bilateral meetings on the margins of the conference with the General Prosecutors of Great Britain, Hungary and Slovakia, with whom it was agreed to continue further joint activities in order to strengthen bilateral prosecutorial cooperation.
