UČEŠĆE REPUBLIČKOG JAVNOG TUŽIOCA NA GODIŠNJEM SASTANKU MREŽE GENERALNIH TUŽILACA EU
Republički
javni tužilac, Zagorka Dolovac, učestvuje
je na Devetom sastanku Mreže generalnih tužilaca koji postupaju pred Vrhovnim
sudovima država članica Evropske unije, koji se održava od 11-13.05.2016.
godine u Hagu, Holandija, po pozivu generalnog tužioca Holandije, Jana Vatse
Fokensa, predsedavajućeg Mrežom generalnih tužilaca EU u 2016 godini.
Republičko
javno tužilaštvo primljeno je 2015. godine u Mrežu generalnih tužilaca koji
postupaju pred Vrhovnim sudovima država članica Evropske unije, u svojstvu
posmatrača, i ove godine po prvi put učestvuje na godišnjem sastanku ove mreže,
zajedno sa predstavnicima Generalnih tužilaštava 28 drugih evropskih zemalja.
Na
godišnjem sastanku je razgovarano o najboljim načinima borbe protiv novih
trendova kriminala i unapređenju međusobne saradnje, posebno u oblasti
visokotehnološkog kriminala, o praksi Evropskog suda za ljudska prava i Suda
pravde EU, kao i o osnivanju Evropskog javnog tužilaštva.
Republičko javno tužilaštvo ostvaruje uspešnu
međunarodnu saradnju i pravnu pomoć u okviru evropskih i regionalnih pravosudnih
mreža, poput Evroxasta i Sepaga, i ima odličnu bilateralnu saradnju sa mnogim
inostranim tužilaštvima, koja je rezultirala potpisivanjem 19 Memoranduma o
saradnji, od čega 10 sa pravosudnim organima država članica Evropske unije.
Međutim, u vreme porasta transnacionalnog kriminala, uključujući terorizam,
krijumčarenje ljudima, organizovani kriminal, visokotehnološki kriminal i druga
teška krivična dela, Republičko javno tužilaštvo teži intenziviranju međunarodne
saradnje, što se, između ostalog, ostvaruje učešćem u međunarodnim pravosudnim
mrežama. Učešćem Republičkog javnog tužilaštva u radu Mreže generalnih tužilaca
koji postupaju pred Vrhovnim sudovima država članica Evropske unije Republika
Srbija ispunjava jednu od preporuka Evropske komisije za Poglavlje 24 „Pravda,
sloboda i bezbednost".
