
The Supreme Public Prosecutor, Zagorka Dolovac, met today with the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, led by H.E. Ambassadors Sem Fabrizi and Raffaele Langella, as part of the Italian initiative "Justice Diplomacy".
At the meeting the "Falcone-Borsellino" program was discussed, which envisages the exchange of knowledge and experience in the fight against transnational organized crime and all its modalities, including corruption and money laundering, as well as the strengthening of international cooperation, especially between Italy, Latin American countries and Central Eastern European countries, led by Serbia.
Zagorka Dolovac stated that international cooperation is priority of the Supreme Public Prosecution Office and expressed her willingness to further improve cooperation with the Italian Prosecution Office and international cooperation, particularly appreciating the experience and knowledge that colleagues in Italy have in combating organized crime groups, corruption and other serious crimes, as well as the necessity of a joint fight against crime.
