The Prosecutor General Zagorka Dolovac is participating in the 10th session of the Conference of Member States of the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), which is being held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA from 11-15 December 2023, together with representatives of the Ministry of Justice and other competent state bodies of the Republic of Serbia.

At the invitation of the UNODC, within this conference, on 13.12.2023, Zagorka Dolovac gave a speech at the Opening panel of the special event " GlobE International Cooperation Day".

Speaking about the importance of international cooperation in the fight against corruption, Zagorka Dolovac emphasized the operational importance of direct cooperation, which is enabled through the GlobE network, for the work of law enforcement authorities in the fight against corruption and expressed her readiness for the full contribution of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office of Serbia, which is from 2022 a member of this UNODC network, to the international anti-corruption cooperation, both through its global platform and through its regional component.

As part of this official visit, Zagorka Dolovac also held a meeting with the representatives of the U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Divison, which is responsible for the work of the U.S. Attorney’s Offices, and Bruce Schwartz, Deputy Head of the Criminal Division, at which the gratitude was expressed for the cooperation and assistance that has been provided primarily through programs of the OPDAT office in Serbia to the Prosecution Office of Serbia in strengthening its professional capacities and the commitment was highlighted to the improvement and further strengthening of this cooperation, especially in the field of the fight against corruption.
