Organized by the project "Facility for Chapter 24", the Second Forum of Judges and Prosecutors for Serious and Organized Crime will be held in Belgrade from 25-26.11.2024, at which, along with colleagues from the European Union member states and representatives of the court, the representatives of the Supreme Public Prosecution Office, the Public Prosecution Office for Organized Crime and the Special Departments for Suppression of Corruption at the Higher Public Prosecution Offices will participate as panelists. This year's forum will be dedicated to current challenges in serious and organized crime cases, including standards of evidence, confiscation of proceeds of crime and international cooperation.
