The Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office, together with the U.S. Embassy – the U.S. Department of Justice and the Judicial Academy, is organising a seminar on the new Criminal Procedure Code which is to be held from 27^th to 28^th June 2014 in Niš. The lecturers at the seminar are representatives of the public prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Serbia, the representatives of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia and the judges. The seminar shall be attended by the public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors from the territory of the appellate jurisdiction of Niš.
