Organized by the Judicial Academy, the seminar on the topic: "Acting in trafficking of human beings cases" will be held in Niš from 23-24.04.2026, with the participation of public prosecutors - contact points for the fight against human trafficking from the Niš appellate area. The seminar will focus on proactive investigations, legal qualification and distinction of human trafficking from other criminal offenses, use of the concept of specially sensitive witness and taking statements from minor victims of human trafficking.
