The Department of Civil and Administrative Cases is in charge of operations and tasks of the General Public Prosecution in civil and administrative cases, providing assistance to lower-instance public prosecutions in certain cases, conducting instructional reviews of the work of the lower-instance public prosecutions, preparing the proposal of the Work Program of the Department of Civil and Administrative Cases, preparing mandatory instructions for the lower-instance public prosecutions, reports, analyses and information relevant to the work of the Department. 

Public prosecutors of the General Public Prosecution’s Department of Civil and Administrative Cases are Danijela Slijepčević and, when needed, Zorica Stojšić.
